You have 7 days to exchange or return any unused product in their original packaging not opened.
What you will need
Your receipt and the unused items in their original unopened packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account and the same with MADA card please bring them with you).

At any time, Taj Climbing reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange,
Climbing Holds return policy
It takes time for you and your new Holds to get used to each other. That’s why we give you 15 days to make sure you’re compatible. If the chemistry isn’t right, simply come back and choose another Holds.
When you’ve found your perfect match, you can climb easy for years to come with our free 1-year guarantee.
Terms and condition
You may exchange your Holds once within 15 days if you don’t love it, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged. Simply take your Holds back to the Taj Climbing store with your receipt and we will help you find one that suits you better.
Please note that initially your new Holds can seem a bit too firm allow at least one month for your Hand to get used to the Holds and for the Wall to get used to your body.
If you would like to upgrade your Holds, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement chosen. If the replacement Holds is lower in price, we will credit the difference to your account for you to use towards a future purchase.
